PRIVACY STATEMENT OF THE AMSTERDAM FISHING ASSOCIATION (AHV)
The AHV has its registered office in Amsterdam and is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 40536059. This privacy statement is a further elaboration of the internal regulations articles 7 and 8 in the context of the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement describes which personal data the AHV processes and for what purposes this personal data is used.

1. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
1.1 The GCTC (possibly) processes the following personal data about you if you:

a. registers / registers as a member of the GTC.
b. purchase a licence or service from the GCTC (such as subscribing to our magazines or newsletters, placing an order or participating in courses, competitions or events, etc.);
c. contact us (e.g. by e-mail, a contact form on websites, by telephone, etc.).

1.2 The AHV (possibly) collects the following (personal) data:
a. initials and surname;
b. date of birth;
c. address;
d.e-mail address;
e. telephone number;
f.age;
g.gender;
h.account number(s);
i. the membership number of an angling club;
j. and possibly relevant sport fishing data (such as volunteer position(s) within the angling organisations, products and services purchased, angling preferences, angling results, etc.);
k.browser cookies.

1.3 The AHV can use this data to:

•the provision of personalised fishing permits;
•policy information (policy formulation and optimisation of services);
•education (provision of information);
•research (development in angling);
•enforcement.

2. INFORMATION, CHANGES AND OBJECTIONS

(a) more information on how the GCU processes personal data;

(b) questions regarding this Privacy Notice;

(c) access to the personal data that the GCU processes in relation to you;

(d) object to the use of your data by the GCTC.

3. SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

3.1 The GCTC will only use your data for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement and will not keep it longer than necessary.

3.2 The GCTC takes adequate technical and organisational measures to secure your data.

4. THIRD PARTIES

4.1 The GCTC may provide your data to the following third parties:
•affiliated angling federations, specialist organisations and angling clubs of which you are a member;
•NOC*NSF, of which the AHV is a member through Sportvisserij Nederland;
•processors of the GTC (for the performance of the service);
•persons and bodies involved in the control and enforcement of the Fisheries Act 1963 and regulations based on it.

4.2 The GCTC does not provide your data to third parties other than those referred to in Article 4.1. unless you have given your express consent or are obliged to do so by law or a court order.

5. CHANGESIt is possible that this privacy statement will be amended in the future. We therefore recommend that you consult this privacy statement regularly.
